What is Acne?

Acne, which includes pimples, blackheads, whiteheads and spots on the face, neck, back and chest, is a non-life-threatening skin condition that can be caused by hormonal changes, genetics, certain medicine, humidity, stress and plugged pores (which can cause inflammation) and made worse / prolonged by our lifestyle and the food we eat.
